Hayley Zikri Body Love

I am a Personal Trainer based in Beaconsfield, Marlow & Gerrards Cross with a love of all things health & fitness related. 

I am particularly passionate about Spinning, BoxFit, Kettlebells & Sculpting.


I am working to find that perfect balance which is different for everyone but through personal experience I have found that it’s not just about working hard in the gym, it’s about nourishing your mind, body & soul. If you do that, learn to love yourself & find that happy medium then the rest should fall into place.

Fitness & helping people via Personal Training are my passion, my life and I want to share that with my clients - be happy, love what you do and believe you can do anything you set your mind to!

Based on my own journey I feel able to empathise with my clients struggles, body issues or challenges.

I want to empower my clients to challenge themselves, love themselves, love their bodies, love what they see in the mirror and most importantly have fun in the process!

Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Flexibility Training

An aspect of training that is so important yet often overlooked due to lack of time or disinterest.
I look at muscle imbalances as part of getting to know a new client - any imbalances are addressed within the tailor written programme and there is a stretch element at the beginning and often at the end of the session.
I am seeing an increase in the number of clients that come to me for a simple stretch based programme. The results and feeling of increased well being speak for themselves.


Muscle Building

My own experiences in fitness training include a focus on Muscle Building. Lifting heavy weights will not make you bulky but together with the correct nutrition you can build muscle, replacing body fat with the result being a leaner, toned and sculpted shape - not to mention the resulting increase in metabolism!

Small group training has been gaining popularity because it is an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.
