About Me
Hayley Zikri Body Love
I am a Personal Trainer based in Buckinghamshire with an existing client base in Beaconsfield, Marlow, Gerrards Cross, and Chalfont.
I love all things health & fitness related however I am particularly passionate about Spinning, BoxFit, Kettlebells & Olympic weightlifting.
I work to find that perfect balance for my clients. Through personal experience I have found that it is not simply about working hard in the gym, it is also about nourishing your mind, body & soul both during your training and outside of it.
Learning to love yourself and what your mind and body are capable of. Finding the correct balance which often leads to everything else coming together.
Helping people feel good about themselves is my passion. Watching my clients grow and become confident in their abilities is what I love. I try to instill the message to be happy, be kind to yourself, do the things you love, and believe that you can do anything you set your mind to.

Based on my journey I feel able to empathise with my client's struggles, body issues, and any challenges they face.
I strive to empower my clients to challenge themselves, love themselves, love their bodies, love what they see in the mirror, and most importantly have fun in the process!

Cardio Fitness
Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness are as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!
Flexibility Training
An aspect of training that is so important yet often overlooked due to lack of time or disinterest.
I look at muscle imbalances as part of getting to know my clients - any imbalances are addressed within a tailor-written program and there is a stretch element at the beginning and often at the end of the session.
I am seeing an increase in the number of clients that come to me for a simple stretch based programme. The results and feeling of increased well being speak for themselves.
Strength Training
My own experiences in fitness training include a focus on building muscle. Lifting weights will not make female clients bulky but together with the correct nutrition, you can build muscle, replacing body fat with the result being a leaner, toned and sculpted shape - not to mention the resulting increase in metabolism!
Group Fitness
Small group training has been gaining popularity because it is an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.
Kettlebells, Boxing, and circuit-based sessions are always fun, diverse & guaranteed to get that heart rate up!
