ACL Rehabilitation

We are taught that there is no replacement for real-life experience, so I am both fortunate and unfortunate to have fully ruptured my ACL, and had a bucket handle tear of my medial meniscus (70% removed). I am now fully recovered and doing the things I love and full-contact sport resumed.

​

Some would call it fate that I was already 9 months into rehabilitating Melissa Forest, a former pro basketball player who had ruptured three of her four cruciate ligaments when I suffered my injury.

I then met Simon Jackson who suffered the same injury while skiing just before I went in for my operation - I am very much looking forward to supporting him on his journey to full recovery - 24/11/2017.

31/08/2018 - discharged by both my Physiotherapist and Surgeon with flying colours.
